    Every action that occurs to an individual's record and every action that an individual takes on another's record is tracked in the site wide audit trail. This audit trial provides action accountability and visibility that directly states what changes were made and by who.

    Communities represent the highest level of organization for individuals within the system. This feature is designed to organize users and associate them with forms, activities, and inventories. Communities can be created with unique settings that influence how community members interact with the site. 

  • Form Builder

    Form Builder includes both Form Builder and Field Builder functionalities, allowing users to generate and customize unique registration forms associated with existing communities.     Templates is an intuitive design tool that empowers administrators to create custom templates for both people records and inventory items. Easily integrate unique IDs as QR codes for individuals or inventory, streamlining identification and tracking. Templates can also pull data fields from Form Builder and incorporate additional images or logos, offering a fully customizable solution to suit your branding and operational needs
